- For better or worse, I've undertaken learning C as my first
- programming language. I'm using Borland's Turbo C++ 4.5 compiler on a
- 486 running Windows 95. The book I've been using is The Waite Group's
- C Programming Using Turbo C++. The problem I'm having is that not all
- of the programming examples in the book work right. The examples were
- written for windows 3.1 and DOS 6 or whatever, I think. Anyway, has
- anybody else any experience with this combination of software, or can
- anyone offer any suggestions? I've got my hands full learning the
- language let alone dealing with examples that won't link or that cause
- processor faults. Any input would be appreciated.
- Thanks, Sjb
